Terms and Conditions for Arabian Bella

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations made within 48 hours of the tour date.
1.3. For bookings made more than 48 hours in advance, a 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
1.4. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before the tour commencement.
2.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund.
2.2. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
2.4. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
2.5. Arabian Bella reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances with a full refund.
3.1. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by guides.
3.2. Minimum age requirements vary by activity and must be adhered to.
3.3. Participants with medical conditions must inform Arabian Bella before booking.
3.4. Arabian Bella is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
4.1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4.2. Arabian Bella reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather or safety concerns.
4.3. By booking with us, you consent to be photographed for promotional purposes.
4.4. These terms are governed by UAE laws.
