Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season. For large groups or special requests, please book at least one week in advance.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and online payment methods including Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Tours & Activities

We recommend comfortable, light-colored clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and a hat. Evenings can be cooler, so bring a light jacket. For dune bashing, secure any loose items.
Yes! We offer family-friendly tours with activities suitable for children. Some activities may have age restrictions, which are clearly indicated in the tour descriptions.

Safety & Requirements

All our tours follow strict safety protocols. Our vehicles are regularly maintained, guides are trained in first aid, and we provide safety equipment for all activities. We also have comprehensive insurance coverage.
For most tours, a valid ID is sufficient. However, some activities may require additional documentation. We recommend carrying a copy of your booking confirmation and a government-issued ID.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Please see our full Terms and Conditions for details.
Yes, date changes are possible subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Changes may be subject to price differences.
