Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount. In the rare event of tour cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
