Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour are fully refundable, while those made 24–48 hours prior receive a 50% refund. No refunds apply within 24 hours or for no-shows. Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours in advance subject to availability. In case of unforeseen events such as weather or government restrictions, guests will be offered a free reschedule or full refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
