Cancellations made 48 hours before the cruise are eligible for a full refund, while those made 24–48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds apply to cancellations within 24 hours of the cruise or for no-shows. Date changes are allowed up to 24 hours in advance subject to availability. In case of unforeseen events such as bad weather, technical issues, or government restrictions, guests will be offered a free reschedule or full refund. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
